Empowering young people through decent work and VET - The European Year of Youth 2022 in times of transformation and crisis.

Youth employment is a key challenge for Berlin and for Europe. The department "Labour and Vocational Training" of the Senate Department for Integration, Labour and Social Services (SenIAS) is organising - as every year - a European conference.

The topic will be looked at from a European, national and urban perspective, based on the reinforced Youth Guarantee, the European Year of Youth - EYY 2022 and considering the impact of the war in Ukraine and the Covid pandemic as background.
